How our approach works in practice?

The assessment tool includes 26 statements grouped into 7 components: employees’ fundamental needs, organizational structure and resources, leadership effectiveness, team effectiveness, strategic and cultural alignment, and opportunities for growth.

In addition, it can measure employee satisfaction and loyalty (2 questions), as well as stress and happiness levels (6 emotions). With the support of an AI interviewer, employee perceptions can be explored in depth.

The tool can also be adapted to specific organizational needs where required.

The approach consists of three phases: employee survey and reporting, team workshops, and development of a recommendation package integrated into the OD strategy.

Employee Survey 

The first phase includes conducting an employee survey through a self-administered online questionnaire.

  • Data is collected through a simple and user-friendly tool, ensuring full confidentiality. The survey can be conducted in Georgian, English, Russian, and other languages.
  • Reporting includes both an executive summary for management and 9-page aggregated team-level reports, enabling in-depth analysis of gaps across departments. Additionally, HR teams gain access to an analytical digital platform with results available across multiple dimensions.
  • Findings are presented to management, while HR teams receive practical training on how to apply the results effectively.

Sharing Results with Teams

The second phase focuses on organizing workshops with teams. The quantitative assessment is just the beginning. To gain a full picture, it’s essential to share results with teams, co-create improvement ideas, and build successful action plans. Methodo provides a team-based working methodology supported by experienced facilitators.

  • This approach increases employee engagement, sense of importance, and recognition from management.
  • It creates space for constructive dialogue and builds a shared expectation for positive change.

Supporting Action Strategy

The third phase includes consolidating quantitative findings and workshop outcomes into a single analytical report, developing a recommendation package, and integrating initiatives into the organizational development strategy.
