Nurse Responsibilities

1. Continuous observation and monitoring of the patient’s health condition, 24/7.
2. Measuring and monitoring vital signs, including temperature, pulse, blood pressure, and oxygen saturation.
3. Taking care of the patient’s hygiene, both at home and in a clinical setting.
4. Ensuring the patient’s comfort and safety.
5. Performing medical procedures.
6. Administering injections, including intravenous, intramuscular, and subcutaneous injections.
7. Correct dosage and timely administration of medications, strictly according to the doctor’s prescription.
8. Setting up intravenous infusions, IV drips, and medical systems.
9. Wound care and dressing changes in accordance with hygiene standards and medical protocols.
10. Collecting samples for laboratory tests.
11. Timely reporting of any changes in the patient’s condition to the doctor.
12. Assisting and participating in diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
13. Documentation and administrative monitoring.
14. Accurate recording and monitoring of patient data in the medical chart by date.
15. Recording, storing, and monitoring received and administered medications.
16. Full control of sterility and hygiene standards.
17. Providing first aid in critical situations.
18. Performing resuscitation measures in accordance with BLS/ACLS knowledge.
19. Informing the patient and their family about the treatment process.
20. Maintaining proper communication while respecting medical ethics, privacy, and confidentiality.
